Shipping And Delivery

BLRGO offers digital ebooks and NUBI physical products. Each has a separate delivery process.

NUBI Physical Delivery

NUBI is a 200 g jar delivered to the address entered at checkout. Delivery is currently limited to Bengaluru, Karnataka (560xxx PIN codes). The offer price is ₹299 per jar with free delivery. Other locations are not currently served.

A verified payment confirms the order, not dispatch. An order-confirmation email includes your order and payment IDs. Use your checkout email at Track order to see delivery updates. Dispatch and delivery dates appear when confirmed; payment alone does not guarantee a delivery date.

Ebook Delivery Method

After successful Razorpay payment verification, the buyer is sent to a payment success page with a secure download button. When transaction email is available, the same private link is also sent to the checkout email address.

Delivery Time

Digital delivery is normally instant after payment verification. If the payment succeeds but the download link does not appear, contact support.

Download Expiry

Download links expire after 15 minutes for security. My Library can create a fresh link after email verification. If you cannot access your purchase, contact support with the Razorpay payment ID.

No Shipping Fees

Ebooks are delivered digitally without shipping fees. NUBI has free delivery within Bengaluru, Karnataka (560xxx PIN codes).
