Refund Policy

BLRGO sells digital PDF ebooks and physical NUBI products. Refund requests are reviewed fairly when there is a genuine payment or delivery issue.

NUBI Order Support

For a damaged, incorrect or undelivered NUBI order, a duplicate payment, or a cancellation request, contact support with your order ID, payment ID and details of the issue. The digital-download restrictions below apply only to ebooks.

Ebook Eligible Cases

You can request help or a refund if payment was deducted twice, the ebook was not delivered, the download link did not work, or the wrong ebook was delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Because ebooks are digital goods, refunds may not be available after a successful download unless there is a clear technical or fulfilment issue.

How To Request

Message support with your Razorpay payment id, product name, purchase email, and issue description.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take the payment provider or bank additional time to reflect.
