BLRGO Ebooks sells low-priced digital PDF products. Refund requests are reviewed fairly when there is a genuine payment or delivery issue.

Eligible Cases

You can request help or a refund if payment was deducted twice, the ebook was not delivered, the download link did not work, or the wrong ebook was delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Because ebooks are digital goods, refunds may not be available after a successful download unless there is a clear technical or fulfilment issue.

How To Request

Email support@blrgo.com with your Razorpay payment id, ebook name, purchase email, and issue description.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take the payment provider or bank additional time to reflect.
