Last updated: November 1, 2026. BLRGO collects the information needed to operate the store, process payments, provide downloads, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.

Free Everyday Tools

Files, dates, text and numbers entered into our free tools are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to BLRGO. Generated downloads remain on your device. Tool pages do not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Standard website hosting logs may record page requests, but not tool inputs or file contents. Close or reload the page to clear its inputs.

Payments

UPI payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Before checkout, BLRGO asks for buyer name, email, and phone so Razorpay can prefill checkout and BLRGO can support download delivery. BLRGO does not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, payment-provider OTPs, or bank passwords. Razorpay may process payment details according to its own policies.

NUBI Delivery Details

For physical NUBI orders, we also collect your street address, locality, city, state and PIN code to arrange delivery and provide order support. Your order and address are stored privately and included in Razorpay order notes for fulfilment. Necessary delivery details may be shared with the delivery provider.

Download Links

After a verified payment, BLRGO stores the purchase in private Workers KV and creates a random, authenticated download grant. The URL does not contain the buyer's name, email, or phone and expires after 15 minutes.

Email Verification And Order Access

Resend delivers purchase confirmations and sign-in codes to your checkout email. BLRGO checks those codes to protect order details and ebook downloads. Codes are stored as keyed hashes, expire after 10 minutes, and allow a limited number of attempts. Short-lived verification and abuse-prevention records are stored with Cloudflare. NUBI tracking sessions expire after 15 minutes.

Browser Storage

The store uses temporary session storage to recover checkout and download details within your browser session. Admin sign-in uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that expires after one hour. You can sign out of admin or close your browser session to clear temporary access.

Support Data

If you contact support, we may use your name, email, phone, payment id, ebook name, and message to resolve the issue.

Analytics And Advertising

Our BMTC route finder loads Google Analytics and Google AdSense, and our guide pages load Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and serve or personalise ads based on visits to this and other sites. Read how Google uses data and manage ad personalisation at My Ad Center. Free tool pages, checkout, order tracking and the admin page do not include advertising scripts.

Security

Secrets are kept out of public frontend code. Paid PDFs are stored outside the public website and delivered only through signed Cloudflare Worker links.
