What's inside
Turn vague AI requests into clear, reusable workflows that save time without giving away private data or accepting weak output.
Who it's for: Students, freshers, teachers, office workers, freelancers, and small-business teams in India.
Chapters
- The five-part prompt. A useful prompt is a compact brief. It names the role, supplies relevant context, defines the task, sets constraints, and describes the required output. The order matters less than making each part visible.
- Study and revision workflows. AI is most useful as a tutor, quiz partner, and formatter. It should help the learner retrieve and explain knowledge, not replace reading, practice, or original submission work.
- Resumes and job applications. AI can clarify real experience, tailor emphasis, and remove weak wording. It must never invent employers, dates, degrees, skills, metrics, or project results.
- Interview practice. A strong mock interview is interactive: one question at a time, a timed answer, targeted feedback, and a second attempt. Reading polished sample answers is not the same as practising aloud.
- Email, meetings, and office writing. The highest-value office prompts often turn messy material into clear decisions. A good workflow protects confidential information and leaves the sender responsible for tone, facts, and commitments.
- Excel and data analysis. AI can explain formulas and propose analysis, but it cannot see data that was not supplied and should not be trusted with unchecked calculations. Work from a small, anonymised sample and test before applying at scale.
- Creative and small-business workflows. AI can accelerate drafts for offers, content, FAQs, and service processes. The owner still supplies positioning, proof, prices, brand voice, and permission for any customer material.
- Quality, privacy, and reusable systems. The final skill is not writing one clever prompt. It is building a safe workflow: approved inputs, repeatable prompts, human checks, version history, and a clear point where judgement stays with a person.
Please note: AI output can be incomplete, biased, or wrong. Verify facts, calculations, citations, and decisions. Never paste passwords, OTPs, confidential work, personal identifiers, or restricted client data into an AI tool.

Good AI output starts with context. Instead of asking for a generic result, give the target role, constraints, examples, tone, and word limit.
